Material Options

The tank can be manufactured using different stainless steel grades depending on process requirements:

Tank Structure Configuration

We offer multiple structural designs based on heating, cooling, and insulation needs:

• Single-layer structure: Tank body only

• Double-layer structure: Tank body + jacket (cooling/heating) or tank body + thermal insulation

• Three-layer structure: Tank body + jacket system + insulation layer

Jacket System & Mixing Design

To ensure uniform processing and prevent material adhesion, the system is designed with a whole jacket structure combined with an anchor mixer with scraper.

Dimple jackets are not recommended, as they may lead to material retention on the inner tank wall.

Anchor Mixer With Scraper Features

• Contact parts made of sanitary-grade SS316L, other structural parts in SS304

• Applicable volume range: 300L – 5000L

• Fully integrated three-layer construction with insulation (PU layer)

• Heating method: steam heating system

• Structure design: dish top, dish bottom, cylindrical tank body

• Surface finishing:

• Inner surface: 3A mirror polish

• Outer surface: 3A mirror polish

• Interior transition uses rounded arc design to eliminate dead corners and ensure hygienic operation

• Equipped with Siemens motor, frame-type mixing system, and scraper

• Adjustable mixing speed for different process requirements

Control System

Each tank is supplied with an integrated control panel, allowing operators to manage:

• Mixer start/stop control

• Mixing speed adjustment

• Temperature digital display and monitoring

Support Structure

• Adjustable stainless steel legs for stable installation and leveling

Vacuum & Anti-Foaming System

The tank can operate under vacuum conditions and is equipped with a vacuum pump system to reduce or prevent foam generation during processing.
